We inform trans individuals, with the assistance of Public Employment Agencies and the Association of Social Workers of Greece, about the procedures and their rights concerning their employment inclusion and integration.

We examine the assumptions we make about other people and the importance of self-identification. What feelings are associated with these assumptions? What are the positive and negative aspects of assumptions? How do we feel when characteristics are attributed to us without others knowing much about us?

This exercise aims to highlight the bias behind common questions often directed at LGBTQ+ individuals by posing them to heterosexual people. Aiming to understand and highlight the value of LGBTQ+ identity, the activity promotes self-care and seeking support. Through brainstorming and collaboration, we highlight the positive aspects of the LGBTQ+ community. We explore ways to use this knowledge to boost our confidence and support the people around us.
