Through the portraits and narration of five middle-aged and older people, the past, present and future of an LGBTQI+ generation comes to the fore. A generation lived oppressed, struggled in a conservative society, and experienced discrimination and sexual harassment. Dared to transition. Went through the complications of AIDS and mourned the loss of dear friends and lovers. Was emancipated through the struggles of the LGBTQI+ movement. Celebrated visibility at Pride. Saluted the cohabitation pact and same sex marriage.

A generation that is now facing the adversities coming along with aging and the elderly life.

An installation of photographic portraits and a video projection. Viewers have the option to extend their experience by scanning a QR code to view on their mobile phones the testimonies of the persons depicted in the portraits.
